Return policy

General information

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable products:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care products

Section 1 – Returns

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or brand of the product.

There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed: (if applicable)

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipping.

Section 2 – Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Section 3 – Late or Missed Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially applied.

Next step, contact your bank. It often takes some time before your refund is applied to your balance.

Section 4 – Sale Items

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale products cannot be returned.

Section 5 – Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to comunicacion@pantyluk.com.mx or at 55 5522 1169 and send the article to 12 Alarcon, Centro, 15100 Venustiano Carranza Mexico City, Mexico .

Section 6 – Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you via gift card.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer to give to you later, we will send a refund to the buyer and they will know about your return.

Section 7 – Return Shipping

To return your product, you must send them to 12 Alarcon, Centro, 15100 Venustiano Carranza Mexico City, Mexico .

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
